Frozen soursop is processed from fresh soursop that is naturally ripened. The raw materials are carefully selected from cultivation areas in the Central Highlands of Vietnam, cleaned, peeled, treated with anti-oxidation, and deseeded, then rapidly frozen and packed under strictly controlled hygienic conditions. The production process strictly complies with ISO 22000:2018 and HACCP food safety standards. The product retains the characteristic flavor, natural color, and nutritional value of fresh soursop, making it suitable as an ingredient for the beverage industry, processed food manufacturing, and industrial processing. |
